- New User Registration
One-time user registration with limited inputs like Username, Password, Name, email, Mobile number and area so that we can avoid taking personal information in complaints and service request registration.
- Onetime Login & Forgot Password
One-time login on the mobile app, authentication happens from the Citizen portal. Users who are registered on the citizen portal can login using the same credentials.
- View Citizen Profile & Change password
Citizen details like name, email id, mobile number and ‘change password’ prompt to be populated on profile screen
- Civic Issue Reporting
Citizen enters details of complaint type, complaint description. Complaint ID is generated as an acknowledgement. The location details for all the complaints are captured through GPS for effective resolution from field team.
- Complaint history
Citizen can view list of complaints created and corresponding details that are displayed against complaints. Complaint list along with details of status, provision for reopening complaints which are not resolved is also available
